The Book of the Two Principles
Liber de Duobus Principiis
Anonymous
Read elsewhere
What it is
A scholastic defence of two eternal principles, good and evil, arguing that a wholly good God cannot be the origin of a world containing so much wrong.
Why it lasted
Almost the only Cathar theology to survive in its own words rather than through its persecutors — everything else was burned with its owners.
Where to read it
Public domain and free to read in full, though not held here. The archives below have it.
These open a search on each archive rather than a direct link, which is the honest way to point at an edition nobody here has checked line by line.
