2 [ … ] And as for what it says: In [this] year of jubilee [you shall return, every man to his possession. And concerning it He said: And thi]s

3 [is the manner of the release:] every creditor shall release what he has lent [to his neighbour. He shall not exact it of his neighbour or of his brother, for ]a release [has been proclaimed]

4 for Go[d. Its interpretation ]for the last days concerns the captives, who [ … ] and who

5 [ … their teachers ] were hidden ⟨crushed⟩ and concealed, and from the inheritance of Melchizedek. Fo[r … ] and they are the inherita[nce of Melchi]zedek, who

6 will restore them to themselves. And he shall proclaim liberty to them, to release them from [the burden of ]all their iniquities. And [so shall] this thing [b]e

7 in the first week of the jubilee after the ni[ne ]jubilees. And the Da[y of Aton]ement i[s] the e[nd of ]the tenth [jub]ilee,

8 to make atonement in it for all the sons of Go[d and ]the me[n of ]the lot of Mel[chi]zedek [ … ] upon [the]m [ … ] accor[ding to ]a[ll they have d]one, for

9 that is the time of the year of favour for Melchizedek, and for [his] hos[ts, wi]th the holy ones of God, for a dominion of judgement, as it is written

10 concerning him in the songs of David, who said: God [st]ands in the congre[gation of God;] in the midst of the gods He judges. And concerning him He sai[d: And] above [it]

11 return on high; God will judge the peoples. And as for what He s[aid: How long will you ]judge unjustly and sh[ow partiality to ]the wick[e]d? [Se]lah —

12 its interpretation concerns Belial and the spirits of his lot, wh[o … ] in [their] tur[ning aside ]from the statutes of God, so as to [act wickedly].

13 And Melchizedek shall execute the vengeance of the judgements of Go[d in that day, and shall deliv]e[r them from the hand of ]Belial, and from the hand of all the sp[irits of his lot].

14 And to his help shall come all the gods of [righteousness. And h]e is the one wh[o … ] all the sons of God, and the [ … ]

15 This is the day of [peace, of ]which He spoke [ … by the hand of Isai]ah the prophet, who said: [How ]beautiful

16 upon the mountains are the fee[t] of the heral[d who p]roclaims peace, who her[alds good, who proclaims salvatio]n, [s]aying to Zion: Your God [reigns].

17 Its interpretation: the mountains [are ]the prophet[s]; they are [ … ] for all [ … ]

18 And the herald i[s ]the anointed of the spir[it], as Dan[iel] said [concerning him: Until an anointed prince, seven weeks. And the herald of]

19 good, who proclai[ms salvation ] — he is the one of whom it is written, who [ … ]
