The Latin Dionysius

What it is
A Latin version of the whole Dionysian corpus, made from a Greek manuscript the Byzantine emperor had sent as a diplomatic gift.
Why it lasted
It gave the Latin West its mystical vocabulary. Every medieval discussion of hierarchy, negation, and divine darkness runs through this translation.
