For a multitude of holy ones [ … ] in the heavens, and hosts of angels in Your holy habitation, to pr[aise ]Your [truth]. And the chosen of a holy people
You have set for Yourself in [ … ]. The number of the names of all their host is with You in Your holy dwelling, and [ … ] in the habitation of Your glory.
And the mercies of [Your] blessi[ngs ]and the covenant of Your peace You engraved for them with a stylus of life, to reign [ … ] through all the everlasting appointed times,
and to muster [ … Your] mi[ghty ones ⟨Your chosen ones⟩] by their thousands and their ten thousands, together with Your holy ones, [ … ] Your angels, to have the upper hand
in the war [ … ] those who rise up on the earth, in the contention of Your judgements. And with the chosen of heaven [ … ]

And You, O God, are ter[rible ⟨majestic⟩] in the glory of Your kingdom, and the congregation of Your holy ones is in our midst for everlasting hel[p]. [ … ] contempt for kings, derision
and scorn for the mighty; for the Lord is holy, and the King of Glory is with us. A people of holy ones, the might[y ones of ]the host of angels, are among those mustered with us;
and the Mighty One of wa[r ]is in our congregation, and the host of His spirits is with our steps. And our horsemen are [like ]clouds and like thick clouds of dew, to cover the earth,
and like a downpour of showers, to water judgement upon all its offspring. Arise, O Mighty One! Take Your captives, O Man of Glory! And take
Your spoil, O Doer of Valour! Set Your hand upon the neck of Your enemies, and Your foot upon the heaps of the slain! Shatter the nations, Your adversaries, and let Your sword
devour guilty flesh! Fill Your land with glory and Your inheritance with blessing — a multitude of cattle in Your fields, silver and gold and precious
stones in Your palac[e]s! O Zion, rejoice greatly, and shine forth with songs of joy, O Jerusalem! And exult, all you cities of Judah! Open
your gate[s] continually, that the wealth of the nations may be brought to you; and their kings shall serve you, and all who afflicted you shall bow down to you, and the dust of
[your feet they shall lick. O daugh]ters of my people, cry aloud with a voice of joy! Adorn yourselves with ornaments of glory, and rule over the k[ing]dom [ … ]
[ … and I]srael, to reign for ever. [blank]
[ … ] the mighty men of the war, O Jerusalem [ … ]
[ … ] above the heavens, O Lord [ … ]
