1 and his brothers the [pri]ests and the Levites and all the elders of the rule with him. And standing in their place they shall bless the God of Israel and all the works of His truth, and shall curse

2 there Be[li]al and all the spirits of his lot. And they shall answer and say: Blessed be the God of Israel in all His holy design and in the works of His truth; and bl[e]ssed be

3 all who serve Him in righteousness, who know Him in faithfulness. [blank]

4 And cursed be Belial for his purpose of enmity, and let him be damned for his guilty service. And cursed be all the spirits of his lot for their wicked

5 [blank] purpose, and let them be damned for all their service of impure uncleanness. For they are the lot of darkness, but the lot of God is for light

6 [everlast]ing. [blank]

7 And Y[o]u, O God of our fathers, we will bless Your name for ever. And we are a people of [ … ]. And a covenant You cut with our fathers, and You established it for their seed

8 for the everlasting appointed ti[me]s. And in all the testimonies of Your glory there has been a memorial [ … ] in our midst, for the help of a remnant and a preserving of life for Your covenant,

9 and to re[count ]the works of Your truth and the judgements of Your wonderful might. You, [O God, have ch]osen us for Yourself as an everlasting people, and into the lot of light You have made us fall,

10 for Your truth. And a Prince of Light You appointed of old to help us; and in [ … ] and all the spirits of truth are under his dominion. And You

11 made Belial for the Pit, an angel of enmity; and in darkne[ss … ] and his counsel is to condemn and to bring to guilt. And all the spirits of

12 his lot, angels of destruction, walk in the statutes of darkness, and toward him is [their lo]nging together. But we, in the lot of Your truth, shall rejoice in the hand of

13 Your might; and we shall be glad in Your salvation, and exult in [Your] hel[p and in ]Your peace. Who is like You in power, O God of Israel? And with

14 the poor is the hand of Your might. And who is an angel or a prince like the help of [ … Fo]r of old You appointed for Yourself a day of battle [ … ]

15 [ … ] in truth, and to destroy in guilt; to bring darkness low and to make light prevail, and to [ … ]

16 [ … ] for an everlasting station, to destroy all the sons of darkness; and gladness for [ … ]
