Then I said to it, “What can you do for me?” And it said, “I am able to move mountains and to transport houses and to cast down kings.”
And I said to it, “If you are able, lift this stone to the beginning of the corner of the Temple.” And it said, “Not only will I lift this stone, king, but also with the demon in the Red Sea, the aerial pillar in the Red Sea, and you will set it wherever you wish.”
And saying these things, it went beneath the stone and lifted it, and it ascended the staircase carrying the stone and placed it at the top of the entrance of the Temple.
And I, Solomon, being uplifted, said, “Truly now the scripture is fulfilled which says, ‘The stone which the builders rejected, this became the head of the corner,’ and the rest.”
